Conner Cecil makes his Club Congress debut this Saturday evening. This local wonder has been making some serious buzz and this show might be the most intimate setting you can catch him in.

Here’s a little bio info for this young up-and-comer:

Conner Cecil was born November 24, 1985. Raised in Globe, Arizona where he lived until moving to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona. While taking a heavy interest in music all his life Conner chose to study business management in Tucson. At the University of Arizona Conner was involved with the University’s Symphonic Choir for three years. While in this performing group he was able to broaden his musical interests and play with many accomplished musicians. Conner has always had a strong passion for country music but it wasn’t until after his leaving the university that he decided to pursue a career in country music. His musical influences growing up were George Jones, Mark Chesnutt, Alan Jackson, and Hank Williams Sr.

Conner is currently recording original material and plans to release a solo album in the near future. Conner is a regular guest with some of the mainstream country artists in the Tucson clubs, is a classically trained pianist and a budding guitar player.
