Transportation 
While the Hotel does not offer transportation to and from the airport there are several options to get you into downtown.
*www.myairportdriver.com is an affordable and reliable car service that can transport you from the airport to the Hotel. Make sure to reserve your ride with at least 24 hours advance notice. We are also happy to set up a pick-up or drop-off for you, just ask the front desk staff.
*Taxi - taxis are available at the airport. A ride generally costs between $20 and $25.
*City Bus - $1.00 will get you to the Downtown Ronstadt Transit Center - from there we are a block walk. Just take the #6 bus. 

Switchboard
To contact our 24-hour front desk simply pick up the phone receiver and wait for us to answer. To place an outgoing call just request an outside line, wait for the dial-tone, and then dial 9. Local and #800 calls are free of charge. Long distance calls may be placed using a pre-paid calling card.

Plumbing
Our switchboard is not the only historic system at Hotel Congress. Occasionally our delicate plumbing requires some understanding and TLC. Please be aware that your hot and cold water may fluctuate as others use water in adjacent rooms. Please do not add anything other than tissue to our toilets. Please report any problems so that our maintenance staff can address them promptly.

Heating and Cooling
We do our best to regulate our steam heat and evaporative cooling system for everyone’s comfort. We also encourage you to experiment with your personal climate control option, which consists of opening and closing your window as needed to adjust your room temperature. The evaporative cooling works best if the window is cracked for circulation. Extra blankets and pillows are located in your closet.

Wi-Fi Internet Connection
In order to accommodate our modern travelers, all rooms are equipped with a wireless internet connection. If you are having trouble with your connection please call DakotaPro at (520) 745-3900 for technical support. The call is free from your room, just pick up the phone and the front desk clerk will give you an outside line.

Wake-up Calls
We want you to be truly lost in time here at Hotel Congress. That’s why you won’t find a pesky clock in your room. Feel free to request a wake-up call from our front desk, or just pick up the phone and we will be happy to give you the time of day.

Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will freshen your room daily. If you hang up your towels, we will assume that you are content to use them another day. Sheets and all towels will be changed every third day, unless otherwise requested. We do respect sleeping signs on doorknobs, so remember to turn them when you leave the room if you would like service. You can always make special requests at the front desk, or just speak directly with housekeepers as you see them about. If you are happy with your room service the housekeeping staff is always glad to accept a tip!

Ice
Ice buckets and ice are available on request at the front desk.

Guest Lounge, TV and Internet
The lounge and patio area is a gathering area for all hotel guests. Please be respectful of guests who may be resting at any hour of the day. Here you will find satellite television and internet access for the modern day traveler. Internet logon is “internet”, and the password is “password”.

Cup Cafe Orders
You will find menus for the cafe in this folder. When placing an order for food to-go from the cafe, tell your server your room number, and we will ring your room when it is ready for pick-up.

Club Congress
Hotel guests receive free or discounted admittance to most shows in the Club, so be sure to let our Club hosts know you are staying with us. Don’t forget to visit Tiger during the day in the Tap Room!
